Mitch was going to be editor of his school’s paper. He was supposed to be editor. How else can Mitch achieve his journalistic dreams and break a Woodward-and-Bernstein-worthy story that will get him on the map? He certainly can’t once he finds out he’s been made—ugh— sports reporter. But life sometimes has a funny way of giving us what we want, and when Mitch uncovers something shady going on with a new football player—the enigmatic Angel Marichal—he realizes he may have been handed a whiz-bang conspiracy tale that’s about to spiral out of control. The ethics—and personal transformations—that follow make for a terrific read for sports fans (and non-sports fans) alike.

You won’t like this book if: You really, really, REALLY dislike football. (But honestly, this book is still worth reading.)
